is this unusual that it takes over 2 weeks (Easter included) from the UK to the Netherlands?
With my company we ship back and forth all the time but i have never had to wait for 2 weeks..

Think you have to wait a month before you can claim from Royal Mail.

2 weeks does sound a bit long with in the EU. I sent an item about the same time and they still haven't got it. (to Italy) I think possibly lost. I e-mailed them my proof of sending and told them to contact paypal to claim their money back or the post office.

I have shipped items to the UK, shipping time differed from 2 days till a month.
But that is to the UK.
