These were removed from a new bike after one year - I upgraded to STI's - and have been in a bag in a drawer in the garage ever since. Very nice condition - I would describe "as new".
Include the bolts and the chrome down tube washers as shown.
They are 7 speed SIS and also have a friction setting so can work with anything…..
