Not retro, but very cheap and easy and very well suited to winter rides.

They're 105-level wheels (RH-W550) and come with a pair of Ultegra skewers that I paid through the nose for. I bought these for my Orange Dynamo but the bike is, and always was, too big for me - so it never got ridden. I have owned the wheels from new and they have sub-100 miles on them - so condition is sweet.

Considering they're "only" 105 they're quite sexy really - the rear has an asymmetrical build, crossed on the drive side and radial on the other.
I've sold the frame and already in negotiation for another - so a speedy sale is hoped for at £65 posted.
