Hiya,

Nearly, but no quite....

That's the more modern version, which had black no grey outer, and where the wire joins the central blob it is cast in place, rather than being able to rotate as I want...

I fear finding what I need is going to be quite tricky...

It's Shimano, it rotates but it's got black outer.
I'm sure you could paint it!!!
