Install the steel spacer washer.

Install the return spring for the pull trigger.

Add the custom steel washer.

I will probably dismantle a shifter to get some more photos, as some details of the parts and assembly are not as well documented as they could be.

Grease the pivot for the pawl on the push trigger (the one behind the handlebars that reduces cable tension), and place the spring over the pivot.

Put the pawl on its pivot so that the ratchet spring hooks around the pawl.

Add the circlip to the top of the pawl pivot to keep the pawl in place on its pivot.

Place the copper washer on the shifter spindle.
