daytona600

Dirt Disciple
I am replacing my current crankset as a few teeth are worn on upper and lower ring.

old setup Shimano exage 500lx 110bcd

Has anyone anything similar? not sure what the width is of old bottom bracket ..if anyone could put me in the eight direction

Thanks :D

shifting teeth

You mean some of the teeth are purposelly worn away to allow easier shifting. Yep that makes sense.
However the chain does skip so am assuming it must be the worn links. I mean I have had the bike for 20 years and never replaced the rings so maybe about time?

pics tell a thousand words - the shifting teeth are designed that way, not deliberately warn or anything like that.
