Wanted shimano 3x9 front derailleur

I've just picked myself up a nice (well it was nice once upon a time) Cube hybrid for the winter and having some issues with it. Well for £20 I'm not surprised it's a wreck but hey when you're in my shoes, it's still better than most of my bikes. My main issue is the front derailleur needs replacing.

Does anyone have a triple front derailleur, 34.9 clamp, bottom/dual pull available? Not worried what it is (it's a Deore on there at the moment) as long as it works.

If you have that would be great. Then all I've got to sort is tyres.

Anything 700x35 (can probably get away with 700x38 )

What size chainrings?
And what's wrong with the current one?
Front derailleurs often seize from the filth chucked off the road, but will free up with attention.
Grooves worn from constant chain rub is a different matter. ☹
