I haven't posted on here for a number of years now but I have had a clear-out of the garage and I have some parts that have been sitting around for a long time and are very unlikely to get used by me.

Moots Ti Straight Bar - 25.4mm x 545mm, no shim, you can get these from Moots for $15 in either 25.4 or 31.8mm. - £70
Syncros Gorilla Bar - 25.4mm x 505mm - £30

Shimano XT M735, I think - VGC - few scuffs to the edge - £45
Shifters
Pauls Thumbshifter mounts with Dura-Ace bar end shifters, suitable for 8/9 speed but they are friction so would still work with others - £65
