is the hope lever complete?

Hi Chris,

No sorry fella, there is only half of the handlebar clamp there and the fixings, where the cable attaches onto the lever are missing in action fella. , but you can buy new half clamps from hope along with the other bolts.. hence the price fella.. but it is VGC apart from these parts missing..
