Scrambler Line

For your frame, it's in aluminium 6000 oversize, from the french spécialist of aluminium for plane, pechiney. At this time, that bike was like klein or cannondale. He was made with the system ATS (azote tubing system). Very rare and legend mtb for france. Enjoy it.
 
Thanks for the info .I ordered one of those bikes bitd but it never came , always wanted one .

If you know where I can get a top and short that would be great . I want the checked yellow , black and white top .

YEs, but not really the same aluminum than C'dale or Klein (6061 for USA, 6016 for Scrambler).
The french alloy, because there were no heat treatment after welding, was more brittle.

The ATS was for the 1992 bikes with a big headset and the "cuting steel" fork : the Scrambler were a little heavy, and with internal lugs in aluminum, they thought wining weight and make a frame stronger.
