Scott Pro Racing 1990

Hi all....First post here...although I did PM a kind member about DB Apex info as my first act....anyway... apart from the old DB I recently picked up a mint Scott pro Racing. 1990

Wondering if anyone knows much about this bike...has owned one.... or has review/catalogue links etc

Here you go - very nice bike and welcome to the site!

Don't see many old Scotts here - I always liked the colour scheme of the ProRacing and Orange/White/Blue SuperAmerica. Has it got STi shifters - if so probably 1990.

Will post some pictures of the DB when I can sort it...it is very similar to the one Max Hc posted here in a DB thread recently - a 94 TT Lite- Rigid - brushed steel finish

I found the Scott recently wth a Rock Shox Qualdra and Girvan Flexstem fitted - the guy had all the original parts as well fork etc ...STI shifters yeah

It really is something...now I am hooked on Vintage...bringing back memories from 80s ....I owned several bikes back in the day.......including a scott boulder.......I remember the shopfloor Bontragers adn Ritcheys..

if only....

nice scheme...

they sure knew their colour combinations at Scott.......

and their materials...the pro racing is Tange Prestige....has a nice flex to it
