Saxon Twin Tube

I've been in touch with a chap who has a Saxon twin tube frame in ok condition possibly for sale, he's not sure of what to ask can anyone give any pointers?

What do you need to know?
value is dependant on condition.
Is a complete bike or just a frame.
Is an original model or the later type after Claud Butler took over the marque.

Hi all, Im the chap.
My grandfather had been buying and restoring frames . This frame was definitely the jewel in his collection.

They seem to be thin on the ground so hard figure out a number.

The frameset should be worth 600, but most prices are down 40%
