I have a front hub and it's really good. I heard no rear ones were made, is that correct?

They were made - I had front and rear Quarz hubs on my Raleigh RSP Ti - unfortunately only a photo of the front left but I had the pair - had the wheels built up with Mavic 618 Ceramic rims and Quarz hubs https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/raleigh-rsp-ti.242737/page-6

That looks like a Neos, rather than a Quarz.

Yes, it's a nice hub. The matching rears are out there! Although they don't have cut-outs in the high flange.

Nice groupset. I really like it. That rear one is what i need. Also looking for skewers, and the little plastic ring against dust.Yes, it's a nice hub. The matching rears are out there! Although they don't have cut-outs in the high flange.
I had to install LX skewers and cut the rubber thingie to the correct size to run with the hub
