I actually haven’t used it since I posted in June

After I did that clearance under the fork crown, the tyres basically stretched a bit and started rubbing again! I really do need to get some new tyres so I can ride it again.

New tires, or some more filing time?
Had to butcher my KHS fork to fit a measly 25mm tire. It's insane how much the top of the tire deforms when riding, and rubs some more after thinking you've filed away plenty

How are you getting along with those DTH's? I believe you can get them in 2.10 if yours are 2.3.

Had a 2.3 pair on an ALU Gary Fisher HKEK and wasn't too fond of them. Very noisy, heavy, and generally didn't like the look of the tread pattern. Granted, that last one is just taste...

I might give the Goodyear Wingfoot Park a go next instead of the tried & true DTH's or Billy Bonkers
