It's either an RTS-1 or 2 from 1993, has the chromoly rear end.

what does the flat end cap make those frames ?
us built and 1 or team or not ?

That would make it an RTS-1....Team RTS didn't exist until 94 model year and it was only ever built with an aluminum rear end.
