Royal Wedding Holiday...

yeah a day off work
im not sure what the problem is
does the queens speech affect your christmas day?
probably not
then why would this would do such? :?
not really sire what all the fuss is about
sure it will be on the news
but only if you watch the news :?

It will be on more than just the news.. I suspect that there will be a few channels on telly dedicated to showing the whole goddamn thing..

Pubs, cafe's, restaurants etc. etc. etc. will probably have the big telly's out so their punters don't miss out...

Everywhere you turn, it will be there... for days...

The thing is, they are imposing these street parties on loads of places, but the bank holiday is not honoured by so many employers many will be stuck at work.

I have a dozen places I can go in France, family and friends, but none of them will be avoiding the coverage, so wife and I may have a romantic return to the Pyrenees where we first courted, for some walking. I am not a hater, just don't want to be part of the fakery.

Now that the wee lassie is getting hitched in Edinburgh I feel a real party coming on, rugby player as I was at one time, that should be a real piss up.

To be honest, William and Harry seem to have turned out alright.

They seem to have absorbed the requisite politically incorrect slant from gramps and less of the faux hand wringing liberal concern of their ma.

Still think the monarchy should be reformed.

But now Wills is marrying a commoner maybe it will evolve.
