Im not sure what to make of this one. Touring bike, rough stuff or mountain bike? There seems to be a lot more clearance around the rear tyre than the front. Double eyelets at the rear, none(?) at the front = non origional fork?
What ever its nice but too small.

Nice frame details, yeah quite a weird mix though, those Sugino PX cranks are about 10 years older than anything else on the bike

I have no idea - you could be right. And actually I’m all for a bit of anachronism - tastily done of course
