I still have the Experience, albeit as a frame only and stored for the moment. I have a couple of builds at the moment and I'm not really in need for another build up bike. So it's in storage, it doesn't eat bread as we say in Holland, but to be honest I probably pass it on to someone else. I still have the decals for it that you kindly provided!

I would build it in all black deore xt II, incl crankset.

A stealth build, in all black? Yeah, one of the options, think it would look good. I’ve seen a Klein Attitude in black with black XT components. Looked pretty good.

On this one I’ll see how it‘s going to look with a more funky, unconventional gold ano look. Not too much though. But I’m thinking of a further Ringle seat collar in gold, gold Chris King headset, and possibly some gold ano bolts and nuts here and there. Maybe a gold ano steerer. Chainset with gold ano Syncros rings if I can still find these. Plenty of ideas!

Quick update. I fitted a new XC Pro headset and the stem. Together with the wheels I now have a first feel how this is going to look. Very clean!
