It is quite small though.
So am I.
I'm 5-7 and I have a size 16.5 2002 Element Team Sc. At 54.5cm horizontal tt and 52.5cm along the tube, I suppose it is too small for me in theory, but with a 125mm stem on it I've never found it too small in practice. It's a superb bike, it weighs 24lbs with an SID and it's faster up hills than any hardtail I've ridden owing to the superior traction. I could make it 'bigger' with a lay-back post if I needed to, but I don't like sitting back and I've never felt the need for that.

I've seen an identical frame go for £260 and I would say that was a bargain. I paid £500 for mine early in 2003. They were £1,300 new, but the lady I bought it off was a sponsored rider, so I guess she hadn't paid for it and was getting a new one for the 2003 season.

That Prestige is more or less ready to go, only needing cables now which should be done and dusted at the weekend hopefully. 8)

I'm 5.7 too and I've always managed to get along with 16.5/17.5 frames.

Well it's cost him £190 and he's got his Z4 fork, hand-built Deore/Sun CR18 wheels and Deore groupset, which is presumably what he wanted. And now he has cleaned up the frame nicely, and he is looking to get as much of that as possible back.

So logically the frame should only raise £150 or less.

Actually, the whole lot is on ebay. Check out his other items.
So now we have to pay MORE for the bike and all it's parts? {swearword}

Indeed, that's part of the reason that I regret not buying it as well as it being a bargain. I've put a watch on the frame and forks to see what they sell for.
