Looks like a 2003 to me. These require quite a long-travel or suspension corrected fork if I remember correctly.

Nice colors. These frames sometimes like to fuse seatposts to the seat tube. Perhaps that's why they left it in the frame? There is no reason to state 'will be shipped frame only' but pre-emtively strip the entire frame but the seat post. I am speculating though. Irrespective, the colors are cool.

Think its 2004 as 2003 had black front headtube. 2005 was disc only...
