95 seems a good bet, the open ended stay bit seems about right, though quick search shows one with them filled. could be 1994 then. There all a bit too late for me so not collected the info.

No it would have to be replaced Ben... no biggie if the cable stops also need doing...

I've already asked the owner if the seat clamp is rattling around anywhere and have opened negotiations with our Canadian friends!
