Rockshox Poploc Lockout lever wanted -SORTED-

Hi,
Following on from the topic below has anyone got a Rockshox Poploc lockout lever that would fit a pair of Tora 302's? Does not really need motion control adjustment as the forks ( I think) don't have this feature. All I need is the lever and cable/outer housing.

It's this one, do you need the cable too? It's a black outer.
