Then what on Earth are you doing with these?!

Billy's refering to the external diameter of the fork's steerer tube (the section which would be inside the frame).

If you're listing in the for sale section you need to put a price on or this post will get locked (or moved if you're lucky!).

I got lucky. I baught my bike second hand back in 2004 of a neighbor who is a mountain bike nut. The judys were on there. Sorry for posting incorrectly. I would put a price but I have asked a few people and they "wouldn't like to say" hence the auction. I did post in the ebay bit aswell ........and yes, the steer tube is 1 and 1/8''

I'd have to agree - didn't even know they existed to be honest! I wondered if they might have been made by Specialized but it wouldn't seem so. Top result anyway - I'm building a GT Outpost for my neighbour, feel a bit pikey now...
