Roberts ID and valuation please

Hi, please can I get some help…
I’m not sure but I think this is a 1999 Roughstuff, there’s a bit of a mix of components.
Veloce levers, veloce f/r mechs 9x3, XT hubs, 3T bars…
I’m selling for my father and will put pics in the sale section when I can confirm the model, and ideally a realistic valuation.
