Roadies, i need some team gear help??

I'm looking at the HTC jersey, bib shorts at both wiggle and chain reaction and noticed something odd.

wiggles is manufactured by Moa

And chain reactions is made by Nalini

Both are saying 2011 so that counts out old stock

Anyone in the know here??
