Riverside woodland

Dad left me with some money and I’ve fulfilled a lifelong dream,
I actually own 12.8 acres of meadow and woodland.
Lots of work needed but having rescued the touring caravan off the river meadow ( flooding seems to be regular now) and sited it within the woods I have not only a holiday ( cabin) I have a much needed security place.

What I intend to do is organise a overnight ride stopping on my land just need to sit down with maps but it’s on the ncr 82

Two friends in similar situation, one blew the lot, the other bought some land and turned it into a nature reserve.

Sounds idyllic, also looking forward to seeing pictures.

Is the flooding from the river or all the rain were having?
