I know it sounds like a silly question but the seatpost is definately a 27.0 and not a 27.2 ???

Would a 0.2mm difference cause the seatpost to slip in my 27.2 frame :?

Can't imagine you could get a shim for it ....maybe a rizla paper would do it :roll:

Any insertion marks on the post? Could I see an actual pic please. Also is shipping included to the UK?

Dave, it probably won't slip but there's a good chance your frame might crack around the clamp! :shock: I think coke can is 0.1mm (so adds 0.2mm to the diameter) though, which should sort it

2 sets of Ritchey V-brake (lighter than XTR ), one as new (40 euros), the other one used (with Ritchey pads, used but still usable) for 25 euros (i've bolts somewhere for these )
