I've add the other pieces from splitting the bike: XTR (v-brake, levers, shifters, rear mech, and perhaps seatpost) and Ritchey (WCS stem, WCS titanium saddle and perhaps a ForceLite handlebar).

No, it's out of shipping costs (it's ca. 6 euros for the shifters for example).
