Ringle Super Eight parts or repair?

I have a Ringle Super 8 (or superduppereight) hub that needs help. The freehub ratchet is slipping, and the sprocket and pawls appear to be slightly worn. Does anyone know where to get parts or have any tips on repairing it? I was thinking of using a file to sharpen the edges, but don't want to make it worse.
