Ringle Post & Stems - What size range did they come in?

Toying with the idea of trying to track down a Ringle post and stem for my Bonty but I'm not 100% sure what sizes they came in (or colours).

So, what did they make? Ideally I'm after a shortish (90 - 110mm) 1" stem and a 26.8mm post. Ideally both in silver but owt considered... Did they make posts and stems in these sizes?
