Ringle Bubba Freewheel Hub question.

It's the 8 speed SunRace in the eBay link I posted above. Bikes locked away but if you need a pic I can get one tomorrow.

The two 7 speeds I have are the same looking, again pics in the sale thread I posted up for you.

I'll get back to you re the LF measurement in a minute which will tell you wheather you can fit an 8 speed or not.

OK I missed the 8-speed in the thread.

Thank you so much!! That would really help me out.

I dug the bike out for you.

The LF_right on my 8 speed screw on hub is closer to 50mm so with the flange width you also gave I would say it's definitely 7 speed. If you woul like either or both the new boxed cassettes I have let me know. Tim

Wow, I think it looks super!! Thank you so much. 10mm is quite a difference. I will re-mesuare tomorrow and get back to you. It is either your 7-speed or finding a Sachs.

Again, thank you for all the help, really appreciate it!

Thank you for all your help mate! I have found a Sachs 8-speed, that should be possible to modify to 7-speed if it will not fit, so I will give that one a try. I will post the progress(hopefully).

I tried to find a Sachs one too but they all seem to have road ratios. Where did you find yours out of interest?

Sorry, I missed your question. I found one 12-32 on eBay. But you are right, almost all of the ones I have seen are with road ratios. If I have to modify it(which I probably do) it will be 14-32 7-speed. Hope I can get it sorted.
