Rigid Forks Needed

My mate has an Orange P7 and he wants help to get it back up and running, the sus forks are totally shot. I’ve found some cheap rigids that have a 390mm a2c the ones I’ve removed are 450mm. Will this be too much of a difference? I’ve never done this before so am worried it’ll look a bit “nose down”

so replace it with 425mm.
390 is a bit to short really.

I should have been clearer. What I’m looking for is so hard to find! I’ve seen some on Aliexpress for £35 but don’t really want to go down that route. I guess I could convert the front to disc but then that’s a whole load of money. Or just run back brake
