always up for a cuppa! so, brechfa or betws y coed are looking likely then.

i have heard that is good, but is it waymarked? and how long are the trails?

brechfa is kinda similiar to afan (I've done guiding & instruction at both this summer). the red loop is the longest, but its pretty easy to interlink them & make an extended loop, or redo some of the better parts, last DH of the red etc. I spoke to rowan earlier this week (who designed & built brechfa trails) & he told me parts of the black are closed for maintenance, but they should be open by the time you get there. its not too bad a trip, extra 40mins from afan.
assuming other mates dont pull out i'm supposed to be riding there next saturday.

I tried to ride Brechfa about a 18 months ago, went completely off-route due to lack of signs! Despite having a trail map it was still very confusing.
