I’m in Scotland though so it’s quite far south relative to me!

Annoyingly difficult to tell the size from a tape measure held at a random point where 52cm shows at the top of the top tube, but you can't see where that is measured from and it's the wrong place to measure to anyway...

I was half joking and of course , I understand anything south of Manchester is "Down South" to many people.

Decent bike for someone though and I guess they would be open to offers since it's had no takers in nearly three weeks.

Yeah it’s odd, I’m not used to guessing lugless head tubes either… looks like a 53 maybe as a stab in the dark?

I’m not too familiar with Ribble stuff but just noticed the forks are Columbus. If it’s all ok in person though it does indeed look like a good option.
I’d have inquired about postage if it had horizontal dropouts but it’s no use to me based on that unfortunately
