Slightly confusing description, is it frame only or a full bike, is it a good buy or a bargain.

The starting price is not an indication of what the seller will accept for this and I think the reserve is set considerably higher. It's still a great buy at 400-500 imho, will be interesting to see what it goes for if there is a buyer out there.
