Hi...i know you can get indexed band on levers for front [ok, friction for the front] and indexed for the rear...and i know you can get a single rh band on for friction only setups.....but can one get a RH only Shimano Indexed down tube lever indexed band on...not for braze on levers....for 6 speed?
