Are these repros? Certainly the seller is not correct in stating that Reynolds will only supply decals with tube purchases, they'll happily sell you any decal they still stock. Their decals are self adhesive, not water transfers as in the auction. Either way the eBay price is very good, assuming the quality is sufficient.

EDIT: Actually, I recall that Reynolds subtly changed the style of their 853 decal. Perhaps these are genuine NOS of the original style?
