What are these mystery bikes

I’ve got a couple of bikes here which are proving tough to identify - no obvious frame numbers, no decals.
I’m hoping a few picture details may help. Notably the white one has unusual seat stay/seat post joints.
The blue/white one is in Reynolds 708 tubing but seems pretty generic otherwise.
Any thoughts?

Needs some better definition photos of the whole bikes to be honest. The blue/white one may have a bit of a Yates/Waugh look to it.

This Harry Hall just appeared in my eBay, colour scheme very similar although is a common 80s/90s style, seat cluster, brake bridge and tops of seat stays identical to your blue/white one.

Interesting comparison - but from what I’ve been reading HH didn’t necessarily make his own frames but bought them in. Frustrating isn’t it.
