There is a size chart for each item. Which are you interested in, road or mtb?

oh yes, I see the chart now.
Im interested in the l/s road jersey and possibly a gilet. It appears size XL would be ample..unless they tend to come up on the smaller size of description?

The sizing seems pretty consistent and 'average' for fitted / road kit. I'm 6' and a pretty normal build and find a L in the road a good fit.
