I've been using it for a few months now.

You have to stick with it for a bit before it becomes familiar and even useful. http://ping.fm/EGKGP - social media tree. lots of businesses blogging/using social media

Still not 100% sure how to work it but will try and do a few updates from MM over the next few days.
