RetroBike National Ride Series 2011 - Peaks Ride Aftermath

Due to losing a multi-tool during the first descent that my dad had lent me 15 years previously, I can confirm that the first downhill was even more slippery trying to walk up it then riding down! I slid down it a couple of times. After around 30 minutes of hunting I eventually found it.

You spent half an hour looking for that? If I'd known that, I'd have got everyone to chip in and buy you a Topeak McGuyver and we could all have had 30 mins longer eating cake at lunch.

Great day really enjoyed myself. Glad everyone enjoyed the beer.
Nice to hang out in the pub afterwards. I now realise why I got rid of the Karakoram in 93 cos its pants at going downhill (but gonna keep it now).
Late reply cos stayed in peaks all weeks... tent survived hurricaine.
