Sorry,im confused as to why people are upset :?
If some member appeared on TV wearing a RB shirt,surely thats some of the finest advertising we can get.
Think of how much it costs sponsors to get their logo's in prominent positions on advertising.

Because Dyna, It's Gok Wan, It I agree, is wonderful advertising, But we can give the man a few jokes for doing it, That's just my take on it mind.

Ok.... I'll own up!......it was me!! :shock: :shock:
It started as a fundraising idea....
One of the riders on our London to Paris team sent in the application form back in November last year. No word for months then suddenly we find out we've been selected to appear on the show. There are 40 riders on this year's 'We hate hills and Wind' team.... and as soon as it was announced, half the team made there excuses straight away!
20 riders were due to turn up on the day.... 13 braved a cold february morning to get their kit off on a closed off essex back road. I'm suprised they needed to 'Prickxels' over our Jacobs.... it was that cold!! :shock:
Having heard that I had been featured on the trailers for the show.... actually seeing it broadcast was a surreal affair.
The reason I'm clutching my Knackers and grimacing?..... when the two joggers invaded the shot, we already had our kit off ready to go when they told us to hold up. I sat on the top tube of my bike, but because I've got an aluminium frame and it was 1 deg..... I promptly froze my nuts to the metal!!! :shock: .... the toupe saddle didn't help either!!
An estimated 20 million people will see that program in the UK, the website gets over a million hits a week, and I dread to think how many people will see it worldwide!!?!...... not a bad bit of exposure for the 'Retrobike' logo though!....
Thanks to John, Retrobike are one of our team sponsors this year but as the team kit had not yet arrived, the team let me wear the familiar black and white jersey.

Didn't see the show (totally forgot) but was aware there would be a RB 'member' on it. Will have to watch on 4OD.
Credit to Ben for having the bottle to go through with it. I know I wouldn't. All for a good cause too so super effort all round. And the rb shirt was on TV - been inundated with orders already today.
