and for the record, i am not a specific gok wan hater, for me it's all the self help shows that i don't like, when i have had the misfortune of watching them i find them so patronising to the people on them.

i won't be checking out 4OD though as i have no wish to see Ben's frozen knackers!!!

The reason I'm clutching my Knackers and grimacing?..... when the two joggers invaded the shot, we already had our kit off ready to go when they told us to hold up. I sat on the top tube of my bike, but because I've got an aluminium frame and it was 1 deg..... I promptly froze my nuts to the metal!!! :shock:
