Bit dorky like posting pics of spd shoes but what the hell, after seing retro shirts posted etc  Had them about ten years so can call them retro s'pose, lasted well.First the (I think)Azonic Answer boots, real comfy and cool in summer, then the old Specialized comps, bit stiffer but well comfy and cool too and at the time thought it was a must have the Northwave Arctic which I bought after a salisbury Plains challenge in January, froze my feet off and thought never again..little used though since then cos the buddies I had never joined up for a winter ride.Good boots and used them a few times here in Sweden..bit clog like but do the job.

Wore these for the infamous 'Ride of the gates' regretted it after about 15 miles. They were so uncomfortable, I hadn't worn them for 5 years previous to that day.

this is an old and bad photo, but if you look on the right, you'll see the answer accelerator (II), the nike cairns (orange is the good colour, red... bad) and nike yuha plus... and all still in the rotation... well they are all still working, my sidi eagle 6's seem to do most of the work these days...
