Now that everything now has a retro 'tinge', a nod or even blatant copy of it (fashion, music, cars, bikes etc)...


..and I guess its only a matter of time...

When will fluorescent stuff come back in again?


I for one kinda like it - just spotted some fluo yello bars on ebay.de and they'd look really cool on the Trimble (as its got a fluo paint-job).

I guess the argument is - whether you'd wear it (no) or have it on the bike...

It will make a comeback soon, but in a more toned down way. Fluoescent stripes on everything.

Now I did actually like the colour of the early 90's Marin. That was fluoro done well.
Its just the ride that was poo.

Some of the early MS/Alpinestars looked pretty tasty too. I could fluoro up these (obviously), though not sure the fluoro pink cables, bottles, mudguards, pump etc really looked cool on my pinky-purple mustang looking back :?

Fluoro on a new build? - on the edge between progressive thinking while staying ahead of trend, or just looking gash.

It's already back in fashion Jez. I'm sure I saw some Flouro sweat bands the other week when Mrs S was dragging me around the shops. One shop- I think it was Top Shop?? looked like the set from a '80s Madonna video, it were great!
Time to dig out the HUGE mobile, Flock of Seagulls hair, wicker shoes and the red braces methinks
