at the moment it looks like i have been scammed
paid for these last saturday via paypal (not as a gift like he asked)
he said he had got payment pm ed him on thurs to ask if they had been posted .he said the payment had been retracted(so why didnt he pm me ) there is no evidence of this the money has gone out of my bank an shows as payment completed on paypal website

there is no adress on paypal file either tried to open a dispute it says the seller cant enter disputes

Don't ever call me a scammer , you are the one scamming , you waited and expected the forks to besent out and then retracted the payment , hence trying to get forks for free.
You retracted the payment and i have proff via email of paypal.

there is no address on the paypal file for you an that seems strange
i tried to open a paypal dispute its gone straight to escalate claim
so it seems that you have closed your paypal acount

i wouldnt open a dispute on paypal if i had retracted the payment would i
