Center to center, seat tube to head tube is 21.5 inches. Not sure if that helps...

Judging by what I've read elsewhere on here: viewtopic.php?t=233453

Knowing the top tube length does help - but not in a good way - it appears this is a 14" frame if it's 21.5" so definitely no good for me!

Okay, well at least we cleared up what size it is! Good luck finding a Kona in the right size.

Comparing it to my GF's Caldera (modern frame) the Fire Mountain is about the same length and just slightly taller - that's a 17 inch as you can see in the pic:
