I remember trying to set up suicide levers back in the 1970's for small hands and a lot of the time we gave in and fitted normal levers, then at least they worked properly on the drops. Solid alloy levers often and a better curve for small hands than adult levers

Looking good though

Hey Shaun Problem solved she just reaches the brakes on the drop bar must be all the greens she likes to eat!
The Gitane just came back and he said I could have sold your bike 20 times since its been on display!
I think he was happy to see a classic in the shop for once!
All is good the tweaks were spot on he said he trued up the wheel spokes as some were loose and he wasn't happy with the brake routes so he rerouted a more natural line and have to agree they work much better than when I had set them.
I did managed to find the elusive chain guard its a three bolt item which I must have spend a day trawling the tinternet for a replacement for it to turn up in an old box of suspension parts in the garage!
Anyways enjoy the pictures as its officially finished and done! :D
