There is a cut on the old outer brake cable that sits one the top tube I'm thinking it was done like this to reduce friction on the cable, but I can't find this finer outer cable housing so I've got these Huret Brake cable clamps instead!

Dynamo, front light, rear mud guard stays, Eyebolts, bar tape, bar ends and pedals!
The derailleur was a pain but sorted the gear cable lifts out of the guides not sure how to fix that one?
One thing my little one cannot reach the brakes they are too far for her to reach was thinking about reverse mounted top bar levers any good?

My stay bars came and needed to fettle it up and couldn't decide if I wanted to Dremel the extra length off, but remembered I have a Rothernberg pipe cutter and it gave me a much cleaner edge to the finish!

Thanks Mike Just waiting for Pedals to arrive and do the bar tape which is the last thing I'll do on her!
I worried about that bolt think its too long, but its not catching at all?

Thanks guys it took some time, more than I wanted to spend on it.
Pedals are on had a heart attack just when I though the french fine pitch was going to cause me strife!
This is the first time I've stuck bar tape on the handle bars, it wasn't easy after all these years and gave it my best shot!
Didn't know what I was doing TBF.
I'll post up some proper pro like pictures later but she is all there except a 12" metal pump!
