Removing a screw on block without a rim!

Arrrrr gotcha so the 2 half circle pieces of 2x4 kinda go opposite to each other to create like 'jaws' which will clamp and grip the hub in the vice!
Then once I get the tool (fingers crossed) I should be able to unscrew it!

Ok all the gears are off and axle is out!
